Problem with editing pages since 3.8 upgrade

    When I go to edit my pages I am unable to effectively do so since there is no menu bar on top (e.g bold, center, link, etc) where I can edit my pages. Also the “add image” link is not at the top of the page.
    I do need some help in this regard
