Problem with Download Monitor shortcodes

    I’m using WordPress Download Monitor plugin and it works great for the simple downloads.

    I’m trying to put the shortcode in the sidebar after following all the instructions, and when I add the format to get rid of the counter (0), when I click on the link it just brings me to the pdf I want to download.

    Used shortcode: [download id=”1″ format=”1″]

    If I take format out of it, it works fine, but I still have the counter.

    In the format section, I used the example code ” {title} (with the url of the file and title of course.)

    I do have force download checked.

    Help! It’s the very last thing I have to fix on this site!
