  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Thank you for your answer.

I just tried to deactivate all plugins but with no luck.
My blogsite is costumized so I’m not sure if I can update the Twenty eleven theme without everything changing.

    WordPress Updates:
Twenty Eleven: You have version 1.2 installed. Update to 1.3.
Toolbox: You have version 1.1 installed. Update to 1.4.
Twenty TenYou have version 1.2 installed. Update to 1.3.

Do you think it’ll help updating these?
    Any other ideas?

    Thanks.

Yes. Then switch to Twenty Eleven.

    Still not working.

I remember my interns tried to move the top headline to the left in the html code, maybe that could be it?

Do you want to see the code?

Can we see the site using the Twenty Eleven theme with all other plugins deactivated?

Just tried to deactivate all the plugins again. Still no luck. Would you like to see it?

Should I update these two? (could that help)

Toolbox: You have version 1.1 installed. Update to 1.4.
Twenty Ten: You have version 1.2 installed. Update to 1.3.

I would suggest that update all of your installed themes. And your site is still not using Twenty Eleven.

If I change to the Twenty Eleven theme the whole visual identity will change which Im not interested in. This site was specific costumized to my needs. It worked perfectly a couple of days ago and I haven’t done anything to change the two pages, so Im a bit confused where the mistake is.

The steps I gave above are part of the basic WordPress troubleshooting process and are all reversible. If you cannot work with us, then I’m afraid that we cannot help you.

    Alright..

But thank you for your time and help. I’ll try to work it out.
    Have a great day.
