I have a site on wordpress - spmas .lt - which is in lithuanian, I want create a new version in english. Maybe you have any idea how to do it?
I see only one way: to create the same wordpress site in directory - spmas .lt /en - and replace texts. Then in both sites somewhere add links to "English version" and "Lithuanian version."
How to do the first part I understand, however I don't know how to add these links (I want them to be small icons (flags) in the site right corner). So I need your help. :)

You don't understand. I already figured out how to create website in multilanguage. Now I need to add language switcher to my site.

There are language switcher plugins as well.
You basically want a plugin that will print a link on example.com/site1/page to example.com/site2/page.
It should be doable, but if there isn't a plugin that can do it, you'd have to write one or get someone to write one for you. WP Jobs might be a good place for that.
