I have always used this plugin on all sites wp, but I created new sites with the server ispconfig, and i have problems to receive mail, it is possible?

This is not a problem with the plugin. The plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day.
There are a host of issues that can delay or stop emails on both the send and receiving ends of a typical email. You will need to investigate these issues - it is not the plugin causing your problem.
