Problem with 301 Redirect - Moving Blog to a New Domain (3 posts)

I'm looking for some help here. I moved a blog from http://www.vgsummit2008.com to http://www.vgsummit.com/2008 using a 301 redirect in the .htaccess file in the original directory. I've managed to get WP installed and working on the new domain, but the links to all of the pages are now broken. For example, clicking on any of the pages in the header tries to direct users to http://www.vgsummit.com/page instead of http://www.vgsummit.com/2008/page. Any tips for fixing this? I'm reasonably comfortable with phpMyAdmin but am not a database or WP guru.

Your 301 is for the directory unless you have a redirect for each page. 301 redirects have nothing to do with phpmyadmin, database or WP. While there is a couple of other ways normally for a non-dedicated server it is only an Apache (web server) redirect handled through an .htaccess
Maybe if you post your .htaccess could help further.
