Problem when upgrading to 2.8.6

I got the following error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2571332 bytes) in /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/patriicioo.com.ar/blog/wp-includes/http.php on line 1327

I tried few solutions that i found searching here, but non has been succesful.

also i want to add, that i have another WP, in the same account (meaning webhosting acc), and i didn’t have any problem upgrading.
