   After activate plugin I click setup&config WP-0-MATIC
   I get this warning message

   Warning: is_executable() [function.is-executable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/bin/php.exe) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/www/virtual/myurl/:/usr/share/php:/tmp) in /home/www/virtual/myurl/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/inc/tools.class.php on line 72

   Typically, that means you need to contact your host and ask they remove the open_basedir restriction.
