    Dear wordpresses,

I need your help. I'm very new and confused how to correctly use some shortcodes.

Would like to add this image:

    http://www.publicdifferent.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/conductive-9-sleeve-web.jpg

    To this shortcode:

    [background bokeh="no" particles="yes" overlay="no" slice="yes" sliceglimmer="yes"]
    [background_image]{THEME_ROOT}/images/stars1.jpg[/background_image]
    [background_image]{THEME_ROOT}/images/stars2.jpg[/background_image]
    [background_image]{THEME_ROOT}/images/stars3.jpg[/background_image]
    [/background]

I tried several ways but everytime it results in scary white page.

Please advise how this image should be inserted right.

    Thank you very much!

do you use some kind of background shortcode plugin?
    try replacing {THEME_ROOT}/images/stars1.jpg
    with your url
    i.e.
    http://www.YOURSITE.com/wp-content/themes/YOURTHEMENAME/images/stars1.jpg
have you uploaded these images somewhere?
