Problem updating plugins

    Hi,

    From within the plugins page I go to upgrade each plugin.
    Then it says downloading plugin and just hangs.
    This also happens with updating to 2.8.4.

    I manually updated to 2.8.4 and is working fine except for updating plugins.

    Is there a file I can update that would take care of this problem?
