Hi, I installed a wordpress blog that will be used for private use only.
To do this, I restricted access throw .htaccess file and allowed only a few ips (my intranet and 2 more fixed ips).
After doing this, RSS feed stopped working.
I need to make the RSS feed available also for those ips whitelisted. How can i do this? Because it works for "live bookmarks" on my Firefox, but when using a rss reader isn“t
Please, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Obviously I don't have all the requirements for your site and locking it down however, you might want to look at a few Pluggins to lock down your site rather than using .htaccess
Here's a few I've run across:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members-only/
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/authenticate/
http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/angsumans-authenticated-wordpress-plugin-password-protection-for-your-wordpress-blog/
* The last one is the one I actually use for my private family photoblog. Great plugin. Combine it with http://www.dealsway.net/2007/09/04/wp-user-moderation/ and you have a nice Private WordPress Site/Blog.
Hope that helps!
