If you are trying to login to Codex:
http://codex.wordpress.org/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin
And here's the link for Using_Permalinks.
Try looking at those links in Explorer - there is some text over some other text which made it difficult to read. Firefox is OK.
I believe that has been reported to the Codex key master. When accessing Codex, I use FireFox and set my Codex skin preference to Monobook.
It's still looks ugly in Explorer and hard to read. Is the Codex key master against Explorer/Bill Gates since he doesn't correct the code?

You've solved one of the worlds biggest mysteries. Congratulations.
Seems to look okay in IE 7, but IE 6 is a mess. My two main computers here use IE 6 (I don't like 7). Please fix this problem. PLEASE!
Using IE6, changing the skin to Monobook in my Codex Preferences and it looks just fine.
