Problem reaching my site from Peru

Hi everyone,

I´m an new user of wordpress and i have some troubles using it from Peru.

I´m making a trip trough south america and we use the site to put pictures, our travel to our friends and family.

We haven´t had any problem until we cross the Peruvian border, to reach the website I have to connect behind a proxy.

it´s the same with the app of my ipad and iphone.

this is the website ousontcarlosetaurelie.be, he works fine.

do I have to change anything?
