Problem on this page.. Can anyone help PLEASE

As you can see the content of the blog page is at the top and the right hand nav area is at the bottom of the page. This page was customized from the orig template and it appears the designer may have messed up the code a little and that is why it is not lining up correctly..

Can anyone advise a quick fix for this ?
