   I have copied database and files from PC1 to PC2.
   PC1=localhost:80/web
   PC2=localhost:90/web

   Then I change site URL and home to localhost:90/web, i can access admin page but i can't access website it away redirect to localhost:80.

   Why why ?

   The first thing I would try (which may or may not help) would be to resave the permalinks setting - this should generate a new .htaccess file

   I re-save permalink already but not generate httpaccess.
   Here permalink

   Default http://localhost:90/web/?p=123
   Day and name http://localhost:90/web/2011/12/27/sample-post/
   Month and name http://localhost:90/web/2011/12/sample-post/
   Numeric http://localhost:90/web/archives/123
   Post name http://localhost:90/web/sample-post/

   pls kindly check.

   there's no way for anyone to check your localhost links as they are local to your PC.

   Probably a daft question, but I have to ask - are you accessing the version on PC2 from PC1 or PC2?
