   i just installed wp in sub domain and it not allow me to lo9g admin control panel

   You should check that the username and password match on these two locations.
   1) your wordpress database
   2) and the wp-config.php file on your wordpress installation.

   Unless they are same, you cannot log in to the dashboard.
