   I am trying to download a theme for my site (www.teachergreg.com) from WordPress.

   These are the details I provided:

   Hostname: http://ftp.byethost18.com
   Username: b18_5288688

   Password: ********

   Connection Type FTP

   (These match the entries on the frontpanel of my hosting page.

   However, I get the error:

   Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content)

   The directory WordPress is looking for is located here:

   Directory Tree: root/teachergreg.com/htdocs/wp-content

   Can you please advise what are the correct entries I should put into the form? Should I change the hostname entry in the form or should I move the directory?
