   hi there i am facing a problem of duplication whenever i am trying to make a post sticky. I using simple post sticky plugin and it says to make post stick just add a custom field named sticky and give it value 1. But whenever i do so post goes duplicated. Any help

   why are you using a plugin? wordpress does that for you
   when creating or editing a post - in the right sidebar - click on "visibility" and there is an option to make post sticky

   I imagine that is why you get duplicates - deactivate the plugin
