I am using Wp from last 2 yrs and i am facing problem in deleting Wp - posts as well as users , i have tried all the ways but fails to solve dis problem .
I contat my host , they also refers me to Contact wordpress experts ,according to them it is a database problem that can be solved only by Worpress experts.
When ever i tried to delete post i get error "You can’t delete post." as well as while deliting users "You can’t delete users."
Create a new user with admin Role and then login as that user and try deleting stuff.
If that doesn't work, wonder if you've had a plugin such as Role Manager that changed the capabilities of the admin user.
If that fails, then may need to do something like what doodlebee is recommending here:

Thanks Michaelh For the Link , But I do not know the proper values that an Administrator should have in this table. Please tell me what these roles should be .
You need to have an administrator Role.

You said that you cannot delete posts and users. Can you still create users via wp-admin->Users->Add New? If so, create a user giving that user the 'administrator' role by selecting 'Administrator' from the drop-down select menu labeled 'Role' on the user creation/editing screen, near the bottom. Then login with that user and see if you can delete users and posts.
You might also login to your web-host's database management backend and try to repair your database tables. Save a copy of the database first, of course.
