Problem in adding voting widget

I’m using template suffusion on my three blogs(www.thamiziniyan.com). I absolutely love this template additionally its customization. But, I’m facing just one problem over a day. that is, I want to add indli voting bar on my blogs (From this aggregator – http://www.indli.com – , i got more traffic) But i couldn’t add that voting bar. Coz, To add their voting bar, i have to put the script on index.php and single.php pages. They say that find the code “<?php the_content(” and paste the script. But i couldn’t get that code on the index.php and single.php files. I want to add that widget on my blog. please help me to over come the problem. Teach me how to add that voting widget.
