   I wanted to work to upgrade the new version
   Raised the version file
   Link opened the promotion

   Appeared to me

   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE in / home / mlove / public_html / xxx.com / wp-settings.php on line 124

   What is the solution?

   There must be a file that has empty space before <?php
   replace all files and folders except wp-content folder and wp-config.php
