Problem getting lightbox to display custom post content

I have a gallery built using custom posts and I am trying to use the plugin to display the content of the custom post in a lightbox when you click on the thumbnail. I have managed to get the plugin to work but no matter what thumbnail I click on it only displays the latest posts content, not the content that corresponds to the thumbnail clicked.
