   I installed the WordPress.com Stats Plugin. But for this to activate I need the API key.

   For this I needed to login at http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php
   But when I login at this address my password is incorrect which I don't understand. When I login at http://www.wordpress.org/support/ my password works fine.
   Is the username you use at http://www.wordpress.org/support/ the same as http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php ?

   No wordpress.org and wordpress.com are two different sites with different usernames and passwords. Just register at wordpress.com and you'll be able to access you API code.

   Great thanks that was my problem too.
