Problem emailing registered users

    I am wanting to send out some emails to all users who have registered with my blog.

    It appears there is a problem in that my webhost will only allow me to email three users within 15 seconds or it is flagged as spam and not sent out.

    Is there some fix for this type of issue?

    that’s really very restrictive… most hosts allow at least a small office full of people to be mailed at once.

    Yes it is restrictive but it doesn’t answer my question…

    what do you want us to do about it?

    1) talk to your host,
    2) change hosts.

    does that answer your question?

    If you have a small list (a few hundred addresses), you could use this: http://www.pancho.dk/fletmail/ Use version 1.104beta because it allows you to specify how many emails to send in a group, and how long to wait between each group.

    Thanks Bobcat that looks to be exactly what I need and yes Ivovic I did raise it with my hosts and no I don’t want to change hosts.
