in export page: Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘shortcode_export_option_page’ not found or invalid function name in /web/htdocs/www.equilibriumestetica.com/home/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 470

Are you sure you have the correct plugin? We haven’t implemented the “export” function yet. Also, what version of the plugin are you using, and what is your version of WordPress? The latest version of our plugin will not work with anything prior to 3.9. While the older versions will not work on 3.9+.

    Thanks for the quick answer.
I am using WP 3.9.1 and Better Shortcodes for TinyMCE 1.3.
In addition, “add another shortcode” does not work.
Instead, the page “Setting / Export” contains : Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘shortcode_export_option_page’ not found or invalid function name in /web/htdocs/site/home/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 470

PS. Is possible delete a link of my site in my second post ?

Did you have the 1.2 version of the plugin? I’m thinking that may have messed up your pre-existing codes – we just realized that an upgrade corrupted ours because the format of the data being stored in the database is different.

No, I just installed the 1.3.
To try a test I installed 1.2, and then I reinstalled the 1.3 and now it works section “Setting / Shortcodes”. While the error in the section “Setting / Export” is still present.

Out of curiosity, do you know where it saves the shortcode?

Sorry for the slow response – we just realized that the shortcode export is an oversight – that code is not ready yet. In fact we’ll remove that link in the next update (very soon). We were not able to replicate what you had mentioned prior to re-installing though, so we can’t really help you out there.

If more people experience that issue we might be able to correct it but right now we just don’t have enough information to make any adjustments to that code.
