   Hi, I just installed this theme and for some reason, the pages are not showing up in the top menu bar at all. Is anyone else having this problem, or know how I can fix it?

   Also, once I get the top menu bar back, is there any way I can change it so that the categories show as the top menu links, rather than pages?

   Same thing here - just installed and having trouble getting the additional pages to appear on the top navigation...
