Sorry that service you’re using have been so unhelpful. Did they not provide you with insight as to what the issue before dismissing you?

Do you know whether you have one of the default WordPress themes in your installation of WordPress, a theme named Twenty Ten, Twenty Eleven, Twenty Twelve, Etc. ?

I tell you the complete story. When i was able to change the theme (when i was on Altervista.org) i uploaded a theme that i bought on internet. Then i TRANSFERED my blog (with the theme) to Aruba.it, so now i’ve this theme on my blog: Newspapertime by Magazine3.

I want to change it but i can’t upload no-ones, there are no buttons to change it. I can only choose default themes (Twenty eleven, twenty ten, twenty thirteen, twenty twelve). That’s it.

    Thanks for help me
