Problem adding sub-menu to a main menu item

Hi, on my new website http://freepcgeek.com I have menu topics like “Computer Security” that I wanted to add content to and have additional pages/menu items below it. My concern is; visitors will see the “Computer Security” menu title and not actually look at the content and think there are only the pages below it to read. So my temporary fix is to add the page again under the main menu item (did same for Green Computing too). My question is, how to I create a menu title/topic like computer security as sort of a dead link to put my pages below it. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
