    Its best to email the author with support…when I emailed he did provide me a fix here is the email he sent:
    Go to FTP>wp-content/plugins/facebookall/helpers/facebookall_share.php
    search below code:-

    .fball_fblike span{width: 535px!important;}

    it has solved but it’s only parts.

    twitter don’t show image and facebook like don;t show image
