Problem 500 Error

    I can’t access my website from the outside as a reader, but I am able to log in and access my posts and such.

    I contacted my hosting server and they did the research and what it seems to be the issue of causing the 500 Error is under my WP-Content Folder. I have disable all of my plugins and switched my theme and the issue still occurs. Can anyone please help?
