Hi,
I've successfuly upgraded all my sites to 2.8.1 with IE 8, but when trying with Firefox 3 the upgrade stopped. No error message, just stopped after the upgrade had downloaded. IE 8 did the upgrades in about 6 seconds. Each, I mean.
Anyone else had a similar problem, or is it just me?

I did not experience the same problem you did with Firefox 3 (3.5 in my case).
The one thing that has caught my eye after a successful upgrade to 2.8.1 is that the line numbers are missing from when you are in the theme editor.
Is it the same with you?

I hadn't noticed, to be honest, but then I don't use the theme editor; I do all my file-editing locally and upload the results.
Still can't persuafe FF3 to upgrade a site... stops after 'Unpacking the file'. Just curious to see if anyone else had the problem, as my experience is that a grown-up browser like FF will have fewer problems than IE.
