Pro Version is not doing anything

    Ok First of all this is a great plugin one of the best ones out there for music.

    But my issue is that when I checked the lite version it showed a lot of features like the enabling/disabling buy button, the rating button and so on, that the pro version is not showing. I thought it didnt show me that because I was the admin but I checked my website in other computers and they are not there (meaning when I insert the plugin in my post or my homepage) so I just dont know what is going on. Also on the lite version it showed that I can select different music player styles and again is not showing that option. Besides that when I insert the plugin in my Homepage’s widget area it messup the original layout displaying vertically and full expanded a horizontal carousel with all my posts (that actually it should be showing just three while rotating)

    SO help me with this one I’m kind of disappointing that I’ve had so many issues with this plugin.

    Hi Gudiker,

    The Pro version is a little different to the Free version but it has all the same features + more, so anything you did in Free version you can still do in Pro version…

    Try going to Settings screen and enabling the options you want to use, like the buttons, ratings, clours, size etc

    As for the layout… did you try making the width of the player smaller?

    Hi, and thanks for your reply.

    The thing is that there is no option to enabling the “show buy button, and the different layouts” so it’s not working properly and yes I already tried making the width of the player smaller

    See there are 3 fields called Button Text 1, Button Text 2, Button text 3 and there is on/off button to the right of the fields…. this is how you create the button/s and turn them on…

    Now next issue is getting it to show… please can you create a new test page and place the shortcode for your playlist on that? (Aim here is to rule out problems with the widget). Make sure the page does not have the widget enabled on it… (because you can’t have more than 1 player on the same page)

    Now I got Another issue on the home page if I select the “main Playlist” in my widget it shows a Sample player….

    These are all configuration issues (user difficulties)… please go through the settings and do some experiementing and I think you will figure this out… this isn’t really a tech support issue sorry
