The Pro version of WPTouch is really great! It has great usability and the built-in theme works okay. Unfortunately, there are only 2 themes to choose from of which on looks like late 1990s (even though, there was no iPhone yet...). While it's of course possible and sensible to design your own theme, I still think that it would be nice to have more themes available by default.
