   hey I download the proplayer fvl widget and when i add the video and play it i get "Video Not Found or acess not found" I know the url is right

   ProPlayer has always been a little "iffy" for me, no matter how hard I tried. This, on the other hand, has worked like gangbusters. Every time. I use the beta version. Your mileage may vary.

   Currently using it successfully on WordPress 2.8.6. - and it comes with several "skins".
