Pro MailChimp Integration Options Question (3 posts)

Hi, on the Pro MailChimp Integration Options page there are two options that are listed without explanation, wonder if you could explain them more clearly.

    Option A: All Users List

Is this asking what list my regular non-pmp subscribers join? If so, I don't see it's purpose, so some clarification would be helpful.

    Option B: Opt-In List

Is this the list I want new members to my membership program to join when they join my program?

Thanks for helping to clear those two up!

I have a similar question -- i'd rather not have the opt-in option since i've chosen to opt them in to the only list we have. Is this possible?

Yes. The All Users List is the list or lists that all non-member WP users are given.

These are added the bottom of the PMPro checkout page with checkboxes next to them. Users can check those boxes to be added to those lists. It's also added to the WP profile page.

If you leave all of these checked, it will add the users to the lists you selected per their membership level or the all users list. Note that there is also a "double opt in" option, which is "Yes" requires that they click a confirmation link in an email sent to them before they are added to the list.
