Wow – a week and still no response. And I emailed support and no reply. I paid for the Pro version and I can’t get any help. Not happy.

There is a support forum for the Pro version on the s2Member website (under Help/Docs -> Contact a Human).
This is just for the free version, where support is not guaranteed.
