I am setting up a Multi User network; however, I only want the individual sites to be accessible by the Site Admin and the Network Admin. How can I go about doing this so that once its setup I don't have to have direct interaction with every created site in order to make it private?
Under Network Admin / Settings / Sitewide Privacy Selector, choose "Site can be viewed by registered users of this community only".
@dgilmour - you forgot you;re using a plguin for that. ;)

@Andrea_r - You're right, of course. Just been having a break, brain still on leave. The plugin I'm currently using is dsader's More Privacy Options http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/more-privacy-options/, which I now see may not be compatible with WP after 3.0.5...

Also, what I'm trying to accomplish is making it so that ONLY the site admin can see their site. Not just registered users.

Thank you @Andrea_r! I was able to use Network-Privacy in conjunction with New Blog Defaults to set up privacy so that new blogs can only be viewed by the site admin of that blog.
It works perfectly. Thanks again!
