Good day,
one of my Clients Privacy is being Abused through a WordPress website, is there any way to close this site down or a super user login by default so that i can remove site.
i did not create site but I'm sure in the T's&C's there is something about Privacy Abuse or just Abuse etc.
Please can someone help me to remove this info.

I believe that the GPL (which WordPress is licensed under) places no restrictions on usage. Maybe look into the T&Cs of the site's hosting company & complain to them.
If the site is hosted on WordPress.com, you'll have to ask at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
cubecolour's right. People can use WordPress for anything, even illegal things.
Mind you, the LAW has issue with the illegal things, but it's not illegal to use WP to do them. (It's illegal to walk up and shoot someone, but only because the local law says so. The GUN company doesn't make it illegal, your government does.)
