Am I missing something? There does not appear to be a reasonable way to print a Codex document other than to cut and paste it into an external word processor.
When I am trying to follow a procedure, I like to have a printed copy which I can highlight and on which I can make annotations. But I don't like printing fifteen pages of a multi-column document (narrow text column plus sidebars with menus and such which are appropriate only for display on the screen) in order to have a paper copy of a two- or three-page document.
Is not the format of Codex pages standardized to the extent that a single print stylesheet be created which is applicable to all Codex pages?
