I am using the free version of your great Pricing Tables Plugin but I’m having an issue that if I can’t get fixed will most likely cause me to look elsewhere for another plugin.

When I first load the page at http://voltstormpc.com/voltstormpc-pricing/
The Pricing Tables are most times not displayed correctly and end up vertical with one under the other and no border around them. This doesn’t always happen but it does happen often enough.

After refreshing the page the layout goes to the way its supposed to be and they look fine. Most visitors won’t know to refresh the page though and I don’t want my visitors to get a bad impressions about my website.

I do have the WordFence Falcon Caching Engine enabled on my site I’m not sure if it is to blame or not I will try disabling it and see if I can reproduce the issue again..

    Thank you

I know its not as helpful as seeing the css but here is a screen shot of what it looks like when it happens.

    Hi there,

    Sorry you’re having problems!

It looks like our pricingtable.css file isn’t loaded in the screenshot you posted.

Are you some kind of caching plugin? Could you try deactivating it to see what happens?

    Cheers,
    David

Yes I am using the Falcon Caching engine that comes with the Wordfence plugin.

I’ll disable it for that page and see if it corrects the issue I’m having and get back to you.

    Thanks

Alright I’ve disabled caching on that page and the problem still persists. I’m not sure what to do other than try a different plugin. Hopefully you can help me out here.

Hmm, I’m not really sure what’s going on here.

The easies solution will be for you to copy all CSS contained in /assets/pricing-tables/design1/pricingtable.css to your theme’s style.css file.

This should make sure that our CSS gets loaded.

After you entered the “home” page, go ahead and pick submenu “Webdesign”
You will see the pricing table error
