   I am using Blix 0.9.1 as my theme but it seems I have this problem no matter what theme I use.

   From the index page I click "Previous Posts" and I'm taken to this page: http://stupidblog.lotpatrol.com/stupidblog/index.php?paged=2

   but it should take me to this:
   http://stupidblog.lotpatrol.com/index.php?paged=2

   once I'm on the previous page I click the "Next Posts" link and that link is just fine (points to: http://stupidblog.lotpatrol.com/index.php)

   I have tried looking at the code but I'm no good at it.

   You've got worse problems. I can't even get an individual post to come up.

   First thing I would try is making sure yout .htaccess file is writeable (ie the permissions are set to 666) and visting Dashboard -> Options -> Permalinks and click on Update Permalink Structure. I don't think something is set right.

   i tried that but i still have the same problem.
