There are code tags wrapped around the slideshow, this can cause conflicts sometimes. Switch to the HTML view in the post editor to remove these tags that are wrapped around the shortcode.

Removing the code tags did not work. I am using 2 different slideshows on the website and both have the same issue:

    http://stjohnshazlet.org/ministries/nursery-school/nursery-virtual-tour/

I also tried changing the settings to ‘Both’ but this did not work either. Perhaps I need to do a fresh install of the plugin?

Sorry, there’s one more issue in there that I didn’t catch. You are specifying a slideshow using the title, like “Saint Johns UMC”, use the slideshow’s slug instead, something like “saint-johns-umc”.

That worked! Thank you very much!

    You’re welcome!

    Hi Josh
I am also having this problem. I have put the slideshow in the header.php as i want it to show on all pages. I’m Using Gridiculous theme.
The slide show is working ok, but I can’t get the Navigation buttons to come up. I have copied the nav buttons to the child theme and have changed the file path in the css which i’ve copied over as well.

Also i have another issue, when refreshing the page or loading the page, the slider shows up in the middle of the page as cascading images, pushing everything down, then springs back to the top.

    would really appreciate your help.
    thanks
