There is a new weird issue cropping up on my blog. When I publish a post sometimes the tags from previous posts show up on the new post, even though I had selected new tags for the latest post.
Not only this, but the "edit this post" Admin link shows the previous posts Id and when someone tries to share a post the old articles gets shared instead of the new one.
And this doesn't happen on all new posts, but some of them. I'm really puzzled about why this this issue has come up.

The tags of previous posts are showing on this post and the share button at the bottom shares a previous post. I'm stumped.
Need advice, how to set this straight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
