   Is there any way to set up navigation between categories while on a "category page"?

   Example:
   User is viewing all posts for a given category.
   User scrolls to bottom of page.
   At the bottom of the page there are 2 links:
   - "Previous Category"
   - "Next Category"

   Is something like this built into WordPress?
   Is there a plugin?
