Previous and Next disappeared from the bottom of my blog

I’m sure this topic has been beaten to death and I assure you before I decided to post this I searched around. I can’t seem to find the answer I am looking for.

At the bottom of my blog, where you can normally hit previous or next links to read older/newer posts those links have vanished. So now, someone can just go to the bottom of the current page and not go back any farther. I am finding this frustrating because I blog daily (sometimes 2x a day) so I have a lot of content. I do have an archive section on my blog so people can read past entries but even there there is no previous or newer link to scroll anything past the first page.

Is there any way to fix this? Is this a bug? Is there some sort of code or fix I can put into place as I find this totally frustrating. I’m not the biggest expert on code but if someone can tell me what to do I’m sure I’ll be able to follow the steps.
