   Does anyone know a method or plugin that will allow me to pull in the description and a thumbnail image from an external website that I am linking to in my WordPress posts or pages? Much like when you put a URL into the share field in Facebook or Google Plus... they pull in an image and text from the destination URL.

   Ideally, I'd like to specific links as needed, and not have it apply to EVERY link I put in a post/page.
