   I'd like to be able to preview what the homepage and category page will look like on future dates. Is there a plugin that can do this?

   You need a TARDIS. Type 40 preferebly. :)
   Future Date = Future Changes.
   It can't know what it will look like without you posting the changes unless you have changes set for a future date.

   If I do have several posts scheduled out over the next few weeks, can I see what the blog will look like? That is, I'd like to see what the blog will look like in 2 weeks -- prolly have about 10 more posts. The main thing I want to check is how a post will look on the front page and a cat page.

   Other than the regular wp Preview, if you have a plugin that does scheduled updates you will have to see if the plugin supports it and contact the plugin author.
