[resolved] preventing others from editing (3 posts)

Though it seems so basic, I can't figure this out or see an answer in the Support forums, or imagine why nobody else has asked this question.

I've just gone to my blog's main page without logging in as administrator, and at the bottom it says "Posted in Uncategorized | Edit | No Comments ยป". Clearly anyone can click the "Edit" and edit my page! I want to prevent others from doing this. How do I do this? I've gone through all the Tools and Settings and cannot figure this out. Thanks.

Check to see if your theme is using edit_post_link().

This function should automatically check to make sure 1) the user is logged in and 2) has the appropriate user permissions to edit the post.

Interesting. Seems to be okay now. I'm going to have to get used to and famliar with the html code for this. Thank you very much!
