How can I set WordPress roles such that once a Contributor’s post is scheduled to be published, they can no longer edit it?

I found this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-contributors-from-scheduled-posts/ but it not run!

I uploaded the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-contributors-from-scheduled-posts/

But I notice that the contributor can edit posts, even if the plugin is activate: contributors can take control clicking on “Scheduled”!

Can you help me, please?
