Pretty Link Lite – Page Not Found

I am getting ‘Page Not Found’ while using this plugin in IIS 6 environment. I am also using ISAPI_Rewrite3 module in IIS 6 for url re-writing. My permalink structure is /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/. Any idea?
